Our monthly Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday each month at 6:30pm at the clubhouse by the pool. Your attendance is welcome!

Governors Point Swimming Pool
Our pool is located at 385 Sam Houston Loop. It is open March 1st - October 31st each year. Contact Gwen O'Bannon for a pool access card. Cards are $25 per year/season. Click here for the Pool Rules and Card Policy.
Governors Point Trailer Storage Lot
Our trailer lot is for trailers ONLY. No campers, golf carts, boats or other equipment is to be stored. Contact Gwen O'Bannon for more information, availability and pricing.
Governors Point Burn Pile
We have a burn pile located by the boat ramp on Governor Hogg Drive. Use of the area is for Governor's Point residents ONLY. Be sure that the burn pile sign states that it's OPEN, otherwise, do not place anything there. The pile is for burning limbs, leaves and yard debris ONLY. No other materials are to be placed on or near the pile (no construction material, nails, garbage, furniture, cardboard, PVC, plastic, cans, metal, etc.).
